Introduction

Welcome to ProVocis, an AI-powered career development platform accessible via both web and mobile applications. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ProVocis platform, including all related services, tools, features, content, and software (collectively referred to as the "App").

By accessing or using the App, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our accompanying Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and any other applicable legal notices.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)

ProVocis reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or fraudulent information or that violate these Terms.

2. Subscription, Billing & Payment Terms

a. Paid Features and Plans

ProVocis offers both free and paid (premium) subscription plans. Premium features may include career guidance AI tools, soft skills simulations, interview coaching, language training, and more.

We currently offer a monthly subscription, with a yearly subscription option launching soon.

b. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment provider. We do not store your credit card or payment information on our servers. Billing details are managed securely in accordance with Stripe's privacy and security standards.

c. Recurring Billing

Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize ProVocis to charge the applicable subscription fees via Stripe.

d. Cancellation & No Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations will prevent future charges but do not result in refunds for partial months, unused time, or early termination.

All payments made to ProVocis are final and non-refundable, including fees for monthly or future yearly plans.

3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes
• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt any part of the App
• Share or resell your account or subscription
• Harass or impersonate other users or ProVocis team members
• Collect or harvest personal data without consent

Any such behavior may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without refund.

4. Privacy and Data Collection

By using ProVocis, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We may collect:

• Account and profile information
• Behavioral and usage data
• Device information
• IP address and geolocation data
• Interaction logs (e.g., quizzes taken, coaching sessions, etc.)

We use this data to:

• Provide and improve services
• Analyze performance and user trends
• Deliver personalized content and career recommendations
• Serve targeted advertisements (if enabled)

5. Security

ProVocis uses modern security measures, including SSL encryption and secure server protocols, to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security of transmissions over the internet.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

6. Availability & Updates

We strive to maintain uptime and stability for all users, but ProVocis:

• May perform scheduled maintenance or emergency updates
• Does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access
• May change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time

Bug reports and feedback are welcomed to improve our platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All App content and intellectual property — including logos, AI-generated results, software, audio, video, animations, trademarks, and custom illustrations — are the property of ProVocis or its licensors.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute content from the App
• Reproduce or modify the App's design, branding, or logic
• Use our content or name for commercial purposes without explicit permission

8. User-Generated Content

If you post or submit content (e.g., feedback, resume uploads, career notes), you retain ownership but grant ProVocis a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and adapt your content for platform functionality and promotion.

You agree that your content will:

• Not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Not contain offensive or inappropriate material
• Be accurate, lawful, and respectful of others

We reserve the right to remove or moderate user content at our discretion.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party tools and APIs, including:

• Google AdSense for advertising
• Google Analytics for metrics
• Stripe for billing and payment processing

These services may collect and process your data as governed by their respective privacy policies. ProVocis is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party providers.

10. No Guarantees or Professional Advice

ProVocis provides information and AI-generated recommendations for educational and career development purposes. These do not constitute legal, financial, or professional career counseling.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific job outcomes or interview results
• Accuracy of third-party information or data
• That all platform suggestions will be suitable for every user

Always verify advice independently before making important decisions.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms
• Delete user data in accordance with our data retention policies

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Deleting your account will permanently remove your access to the App, and no refunds will be issued.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProVocis and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Errors, bugs, or downtime on the App
• Unauthorized access or loss of user data
• Reliance on platform content or AI responses

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ProVocis in the past 6 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProVocis, its employees, officers, and affiliates from any third-party claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ProVocis operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Users waive their right to participate in class actions or jury trials related to any dispute under these Terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. All changes will be reflected with a revised "Last Updated" date. You are encouraged to review the Terms regularly.

Continued use of the App after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
